About the book

Without Instructions is a mirror-book for every woman. It speaks to an entire generation of girls who grew up starved of information — without sex education, without support, and without the freedom to ask the very questions that were considered "too uncomfortable" to discuss.

It was a time when fragments of conversations with older friends were often the only source of knowledge about our own bodies — and somehow, that was supposed to be enough.

At the heart of the book is the journey of one woman, woven together from dozens of real-life experiences. Beginning at a hesitant sixteen and stretching into married adulthood, her story follows a lifelong search for understanding. With honesty, vulnerability, and no censorship, she shares how she discovered sex, made mistakes, felt shame, faced fear, and tried to define what was "normal" in a world determined to stay silent.

This book is a mosaic of candid stories — sometimes funny, sometimes heartbreaking, sometimes painful. It explores the secrets we never dared say aloud and the experiences that felt like deeply personal shame, only to reveal themselves as something shared by thousands of other women.

There is no fiction here, but neither is it a memoir. It is a collective manifesto, a voice for a generation.

As you turn the pages, chances are you'll recognize a part of yourself.

About the book

Olena is a psychologist who voluntarily dives into war so she won’t drown in her own fear. Together with her husband, she becomes a military diver. Ahead lies a depth where it is hard to breathe. And a waiting that feels endless.

A novel about a woman’s experience of war — with honest pain and the silence between explosions. About anxiety, loss, PTSD, a body that is changing, and roles that no longer work. About love that can barely withstand the war, and the strength that is born in the darkest moments.

About the book

On March 25, 2024, in Kyiv, Ukraine, a fragment of a missile shot down by

Air Defense forces fell on the Boychuk Academy of Arts, destroying part

of the educational building. This event was covered in the same way as other

destructions during the war. Yet so much remains outside the frame of

the news. This graphic novel tells three stories of three real people you won’t

read about in the news. These are the stories of a teacher and two students,

and how they experienced the strike on the Academy. Each of them was

in a different place and went through the same event in a different way.
