Payment
1.1. Payment Methods
Orders on the Website may be paid using the following methods:

online payment by debit or credit card (Visa / Mastercard);

online payment via Google Pay or Apple Pay;

bank transfer to the Seller’s business account;
-
cash on delivery (payment upon receipt) — for orders within Ukraine.
All online payments are processed by the payment provider monobank (plata by mono) via a secure connection. Payment card details are not stored on the Publisher’s Website.
All payments are made in the national currency of Ukraine — Ukrainian hryvnia (UAH).
1.2. Pre-Orders
For products sold on a pre-order basis, payment is accepted exclusively via online payment.
Cash on delivery is not available for pre-orders.
Pre-ordered items are dispatched after the book has been printed and received by the Publisher.
1.3. Regular Orders
For items that are in stock, the following payment methods are available:

online payment;

bank transfer;
-
cash on delivery (payment upon receipt).
If cash on delivery is selected, the delivery service may charge an additional commission in accordance with its applicable tariffs.

Delivery
2.1. Delivery Methods
Delivery within Ukraine is carried out via the following services:

Nova Poshta — branch office or parcel locker;
-
Nova Poshta (courier delivery) — to the recipient’s address;
-
Ukrposhta — branch office delivery.
The Buyer selects the preferred delivery method when placing the Order.
2.2. Delivery Timeframes
The delivery timeframe consists of:
-
order processing time (up to 5 business days);
-
shipping time established by the selected delivery service.
Estimated delivery times depend on the region and the carrier.
For pre-ordered items, estimated dispatch dates are indicated separately on the product page or on the presale page.
2.3. Delivery Costs
Delivery costs are determined according to the tariffs of the selected delivery service and are borne by the Buyer unless otherwise specified during checkout.
If cash on delivery is selected, additional carrier fees may apply.
2.4. Receiving the Order
Upon receipt, the Buyer is advised to inspect the package for any visible damage.
If damage is identified, the Buyer should file a claim with the delivery service representative at the time of receipt.
